To maintain a strong dynamic, be present during prime time (6 PM - 11 PM) and participate in guild and alliance events. Absences are acceptable if you notify in advance, but availability during these hours remains essential. During events, be on the guild or alliance Discord for optimal coordination. Use your resources (contracts, dungeons, abyss, etc.) and systematically confirm your attendance on the guild website. Finally, respect your teammates, the alliance, and the leadership to ensure a healthy environment.
